I'm making seared tuna with a tapenade crust for dinner, anyone have any suggestions for what to cook with it?

You could boil some baby new potatoes as fish and potatoes go together well.

I like tuna steaks to be quite rare, pink in the middle (just show it to the pan!) and serve it on a bed of noodles and fresh ginger with a sweet (ish) chilli sauce either over it or round the edge.  Bon appetit!
