Your Open Question: Spices for dinner while pregnant?
Please help I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins and have just eaten a meal with lots if spices. I have heard this is bad for the babies is this true? I hope I haven't caused any damaged to them. My home cooked meal was charcoal chicken breast with hash browns and baked beans. All of these item have pepper and paprika in them I hope it's not too much for their little bodies please help.

I went into labour with her in a restaurant, knew I would have a c section,but because I loved the puds I hung on for three courses! Daft, but she was fine as was my first, born in the sixties so god knows what I was eating,drinking and smoking then. Your babies will be fine. All the best.x
