I need to make a cake tonight.. and have just realised I have no eggs!! So looked up egg free cakes, but they all need vinegar. I only have balsamic.. will this do.. or just not work and taste awful..
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup desiccated coconut
Preheat oven to 180 deg. C. Combine above ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a greased and lined baking tin. Bake for 40 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing, butter icing or ready-to-use frosting
