Having recently eaten rather a lot of lovely duck legs on holiday in France, I cooked 2 for our lunch today. Slow cooked on mark 4 for 80 minutes or so, they were fabulous & not expensive at all. Coughdrop.

Whats wrong with the rest of the duck?
Duck is lovely, I like it with some cheery sauce.
oppps... cherry sauce, not a happy sauce.
I suppose a duck is out of the question? ...
Duck breast is better in my opinion, less fatty! Nice with plum sauce.
cheery sauce sounds good to me eg a glass of wine
Not tried duck legs but have done the Gressingham breasts(from my local Tesco). Overcooked them slightly but still not bad. Will get it right next time.

Well it was good at the time.
In Asda at the weekend you could buy a duck crown cheaper than two duck
breasts. The only thing was it was smothered in hot peppers and neither of
us fancied it!
