I would like to support the farmers by only buying products from producers who pay a fair price but I cannot identify who is and who isn't. For example, I usually buy Cravendale milk and Cathedral City cheese. Are their producers supporting farmers? Any ideas?

As far as I am aware the issue is less with those who process milk and more to do with powerful retailers flexing their muscles and dictating what they will pay. In which case it's not so much whether you buy Cravendale or other, or whether you buy Cathedral City or other, but who you buy it from.
