I am looking for some new techniques for weight loss. Does any one know latest techniques or any quick way to lose weight...?

There really are no quick ways to lose weight and I think all the research suggests that it is not the right way to approach weight loss.
Firstly and more importantly you have to look at your diet as this will give you the best weight loss.
If I knew of such a way I'd not only use it myself I'd market it for a fortune. Weight loss is a long term thing. You gained slowly, you need to lose slowly.

Exercise is a good thing, marginally increases the output, makes you fitter, even boosts the metabolism for a while; but IMO is not so effective as concentrating on the input side of the equation.

Basically what Gav said. Do both but watch the calories.

Sounds like you're looking for the latest non working fad diet, don't bother. Weight can only safely be lost slowly (2 pound per week) by eating slightly less than you use. The human body has the ability to drop it's metabolic rate at times of famine so if you suddenly go on a starvation diet you can actually put weight on!.. Best thing is to eat properly and regularly, to lose weight eat a little less, to gain weight eat a little more.
My old Dad used to say when asked ths question, "Just sit further back from the table."

Read Paul McKenna's book "I can make you thin". It is easy to follow and means you learn to change your eating habits forever, which is the only way to lose weight without the usual regain after you have finished the diet. I have lost 12 lbs in 11 weeks.
A simple and effective way to loose a few pounds is to give up salt. Reducing your intake is beneficial to your health in that you will also see a lowering of blood pressure. Put none on your food at table, and use as little as possible in cooking and then use 'Lo Salt', also avoid all heavily salted processed food - crisps etc.
