I always marinade mine in teriyaki sauce for two hours then microwave for three minutes, it simple and delicious.
Are there any other ways to do these fish that are just as simple and delicious?

All we do is butter both sides of a fillet (whilst still frozen) put some ground pepper on top, wrap the fillets in a piece of foil and bake them for about 25 mins. In the meantime, knock up a bit of salad and microwave some boiled new spuds. Dead easy and tasty too!
I either do salmon with pesto spread on the top (then cooked in the oven)
Or get some breadcrumbs (I keep a bag of homemade ones in the freezer) mix them up with some olive oil and whatever herbs I have to hand (lemom thyme is very nice) I have also added very finely chopped red pepper and spring onions. Then put the breadcrumb mixture on top of the salmon and bake in the oven - it goes lovely and crisp but leaves the fish nice and moist.
Yummy!
