Waitrose do a superb Gruner Veltliner for around £11, which would compliment the starter and a NZ Pinot Gris for about £9.29 which would make an interesting match for the lobster.
The only wine I would ever recommend with dessert is Inniskillen Canadian Ice Wine - about £26 for a 50cl bottle and probably on sale in Waitrose.
