I'd love a Cornish Pasty!

I live in Garstang in Lancashire. Can anyone inform me where I can obtain a real Cornish pasty without having to buy them by post which makes them both very expensive and not entirely fresh?

Potato, swede, onion as well all cut into the same size cubes (about 1/4 inch)
mix should be around 80% veg to 20% meat. Plenty of black pepper and a couple of beef stock cubes all mixed together well for the filling. I get about 20 large pasties from a tin of corn beef so it is a cheap dish. Just time consuming to cut everything up into the small cubes. The secret is to cut it into cubes, mincing up the filling is a lot faster but it just does not taste or look the same. I don't cook the veg before as in the 'Bikers' recipe just cut it all up raw. ( of course the beef is cooked anyway)
