Gordon Ramsay Ultimate Cookery Course
7 Answers
A cookery course implies an environment where one might learn.
Having just watched a few minutes he has cooked flat bread and pizza.
There were a number of individual stages in each recipe but instead of explaining the technicalities they were glossed over and the camera work was even more vague.
As a co-owner of a cookery school it is disappointing to see such poor teaching.

I did see the Cake one though and I agree with Vodkancoke it wasn't very helpful, the camera never seemed to be in the right place. I defy anyone who's never made one before to make a sugar paste rose from what we saw of it.
I have only watched a couple of the episodes but I find them very difficult to enjoy based only on the camerawork. It seems to be filmed way too close, mostly out of focus, not capturing the look of the dish, quickly shifting from one shot to another, and overall just too hectic. I have seen close-up shots of Ramsays hand in a jar but not the actual dish. Very annoying.
