hi i have recently purchased some coconuts from the local fairground. on opening they look mouldy with the usual brown skin on the outside of the white flesh mostly white with black brown and grey spots. can anyone give me a reaso an if they are still edeible
thanks
I wouldn't eat them. Coconut flesh should be crisp and white, with clear milk inside. If there was no milk there may have been a crack in the shell so decay has set in.
You've never seen the episode of the mighty boosh where they eat rancid coconuts then???who do you think would win a fight? Jimi Hendrix or Jimmy Nesbitt.. What about Face from the A-team fighting Robin Cousins.... What about Bernard Cribbins fighting Salvador Dali? It's gotta be Cribbins. Thats the conversation you'll be having if you eat them.
