Tuna sandwich filling

Hello, I have just eaten a tuna sandwich that I got at a "petite delice" bakery/coffee shop and wondered if anyone knew what it was? It was mixed with sweetcorn and spring onion but the dressing was orange and had a lovely taste - I would love to know as it was really tasty. I think they called it Tuna Venetian or something like that but I cannot be certain.
Anyone got any ideas ? Thanks in advance.
