Trying to do something different at least once a week for dinner. Last week, i did chicken and chorizo paella and it was delish thanks to your guidance. This week, im doing corned beef hash which i can ashamedly admit to never eating, let alone cooking.
So ive got me spuds, 2 tins of corned beef....a two-and-a-half-quid each !!!!!!!! baked beans, cheese, worcester sauce, onions, garlic and lots of dried herbs and spices.
So tell me your recipes.

Drain the boiled spuds well, dice the corned beef and mash into the spuds. A small knob of butter when mashing the spuds.
Stir in the onions. Return to fry pan and let it crisp up underneath and flip over to do the other side.
Season the spuds well whilst boiling.
Serve with beans if you must, ignore the cheese and garlic and herbs please :-)

The great thing about corned beef hash is you can make two quite different, but equally delicious, versions. Sometimes I make a stewed version which is sloppy, but I also love making the stir fried version where the corned beef and onion, along with the precooked tiny potato pieces, get nice and crispy. And don't forget the HP sauce
