What Choice Would You Prefer In An Ice Cream Parlour?

Would you prefer large choice of ice cream flavours and just few toppings or basic ice cream flavours but amazing choice of toppings and syrups?

I don't like ice cream. The kids always let me hold their ice creams if they want to leave them for a minute because they know I will not be tempted to nick a bit. And I know this sounds stupid but the reason I don't like them is because they are too cold.

My local ice cream parlour http://www.silverdellbooks.com/ does a really nice strawberry ice cream with big chunks of fruit in it, it is to die for.

Large choice of ice cream for me, I'm not that bothered about toppings as long as the ice cream is good. I make about 10 different varieties in the Summer and make a Pecan and maple syrup one for the young girl next door, she loves it
