I grilled bacon until crisp and crumbled it up, fried onions, grated some mature cheddar cheese, and then I made a kind of ratatoille with courgettes, aubergines, mushrooms, onions, celery and red and yellow peppers that needed using up. I also put out two shop bought packs of chicken tikka and some butter. Not all mixed together mind, but my two lads and their dad hve just demolished three each. They've been clearing snow and helping neighbours push cars up the road all day.
