Mincemeat with icecream, custard and horseradish sauce and perhaps some coal. Well, I know preggie ladies like strange things. You still haven't said I can come to tea?
Meatza....make a meatloaf/meatball mixture..lots of Oregano and Basil,minced onion and garlic,some tomatoe puree.
Pat and smooth into a square or round tin-all the way to the sides. Grill for a few minutes-until the meat is getting firm.
Top with tomatoe sauce,cooked peppers,or onions-or any veg you have...then lots of grated cheese. back under the grill until the cheese bubbles.
Eat....
No cheese allowed :-(
I'm scrapping the mince and having a fry up lol. If I took the mince out yesterday to defrost could I make a lasagne tomorrow to eat on Sunday?
