Mr BM has asked if I can come up with a raffle prize of a hamper of home produce. (Mr BM has volunteered this - *bangs head on wall*).

I was thinking

beetroot chutney
spiced apricot chutney
Victoria sponge
lemon curd
1/2 doz fresh eggs

Can anyone think of anything else?

Make it a month, Spikey!!!! lol He is "semi" house trained. He makes me die laughing with his idiocy though.

Tigger, bad boy.

Wolf, *Chortlesplutters*.
hmmm what a good idea - answerbank wife swap.

I'll swap you mr bednobs - he feeds and changes the baby, cooks dinner and tidies up. I want a swap for somoene who'll empty the dishwasher and mow the lawns mind you
Question Author
He mows the lawns and he will empty the dishwasher. Although he puts things in the wrong places and he doesn't scrape the plates before he loads it.

Deal?!
i never put things away properly anyway, and why bother to scrape - the dishie gets it all clean anyway! Shame you don't have a baby to clean/feed play with, but at least he'll cook you dinner
An idea for a thread lingers!!
Nice prize! Whenever I win anything (mainly at the old fogies meeting) it is something I can't use, like foundation cream or hand cream (I gave up when I got to 80). I save it and give it to my young friend (she is 40) as she is still young enough to appreciate it. It would be nice to win something useful for a change. Are you selling tickets or is it an 'in-house' raffle.
Depending on the raffle ticket buyers maybe some lighter, simpler items, I like the idea of a Victoria Sponge, marmalade, biscuits etc...

Macaroons could look nice wrapped up in a little bag.

Maybe a bag of homemade crisps, something like paprika flavour.

Its an "inhouse" raffle Starone. Long long story, but apparently I'm volunteered........

Eve, I tried to make macaroons at the weekend and I ended up cursing Lorraine Pasquale and chucking the lot in the bin.
If I have him for a month, I'll throw in a 'course I don't want to watch the football/rugby/snooker darling, you watch your chickflick.....want a foot/back rub' too. If you like
Oh dear! :) Wholegrain mustard would be lovely though a bit faffy maybe.

I love the oil idea of Vodka's, I love the looks of the tall slim oil bottles with something like a chilli in.

Homemade lemonade?
bm, no right-minded jury will ever convict you x
