I had cubed extra lean (not-halal) lamb (bought at farmers market, known butcher all my life) I've made into a hot pot for me and my sons, daughter is out and husband is having an offal-fest with a friend out. the fresh rosemary and the sweet new-season carrots, onions with lamb stock smells lovely. we all love the soft but crispy round the edges potatoes so I make more in my lasagne dish. M&S bought cherry pie with cream or custard for pud.

Pork chops from the butchers, which they cut extra thick for us. Will serve with chips and mushy peas. Very simple, very quick, very very tasty. Although when I want to be EXTRA lazy, I serve wedges instead of chips, so I don't have to peel the potatoes!

chicken and leek pasta bake, followed by fresh rhubarb crumble and custard. Cant wait. Im getting hungry already just thinking about it, but we shant be eating till about 7.30 as OH is out running first

Mom's boyfriend hs just come back from Ludlow with both venison steak and beef steak and he's cooking tonight so it should be a big red meat fest of some kind. Onion rings, I want onion rings.

Alba, it's chicken fillet topped with cheese, BBQ sauce and bacon (except I forgot the bacon, much to child number one's disgust)

When I feel like going down to the restaurant will order the salmon which comes with lots of green veg and mash. Had it a few days ago and it was yummy.
