Okay, What's For Dinner This Evening?

I had cubed extra lean (not-halal) lamb (bought at farmers market, known butcher all my life) I've made into a hot pot for me and my sons, daughter is out and husband is having an offal-fest with a friend out. the fresh rosemary and the sweet new-season carrots, onions with lamb stock smells lovely. we all love the soft but crispy round the edges potatoes so I make more in my lasagne dish. M&S bought cherry pie with cream or custard for pud.

Huge load of veggies and a couple of slices of smoked bacon, fried in a spray of fat. Trying to diet!! What a hope!!

Dunno. I must be ill cos I really really fancy boil in a bag cod in parsley sauce. I just hope the local shop sells that.

Been to check stocks - beef madras, pilau rice, poppadums and pickles.

chillii for the 2 older albas, spag bol for the younger and mine and dumplings for me.

BM, survived on cod in all sorts of sauce when I had dental problems.
Nice with potato croquettes to sook the sauce up.

Lentil type stew with sobrasada spicy sausage, pots and whatever else my daughter puts in it's my day off!

I just want something I can boil in a bag/stick in the oven Alba. I have about as much motivation to cook something as I have to go for a quick run up Mount Everest.
