I've just made some paneer, but I've got about 2 pints of whey left. What can I used this for? Seems a shame to chuck it.

Angell - you use it in Indian cooking. Last night I did paneer and peas in a chilli sauce.
Dead simple. Boil up 2 litres of full fat milk. When it rises to the top of the pan, stir in 2 tbsps lemon juice, stir over a low heat until the curds separate. Drain through a clean muslin, rince through with cold water, then press into a slab. Mr BM was ever so impressed.
