Add either some sort of juce (orange, cranberry etc etc) or some Red Bull, depending od how much of a kick you want, then blitz. Great for breakfast.
I have found there is no science to it. Keep a bag of ice in the freezer, some juice in the fridge, then buy whatever fruit takes your fancy. However, I always find a banana helps thicken it up & generally taste better.
I don�t know where you are located but if you can find Frappe Freeze in your local market then I suggest you purchase the product. It has a variety of different smoothie mixes and they all taste absolutely delicious.
The above recipe sounds delicious. But instead of adding ice, try adding ice cream into the mixture.
