kung pau chicken, egg fried rice, spare ribs, lots n lots prawn crackers MMMmm
My favourite Chinese is sweet corn and chicken soup with crackers, salt and pepper ribs, crispy chilli beef, Peking duck. Actually I love it all! And yes, on the rare occasions that there are any leftovers I eat them cold the next day.
Oh yes, I'd forgotten about the prawn crackers, thanks for the reminder MrIncredible.
Lorenzino, there are at least three professional Chef's on this thread....they know what to look for too!

currently duck in plum sauce and noodles of some description, always prawn toast and crispy seaweed

cold leftovers are ace
I hope Lorenzino never comes to inspect my kitchen, it would be shut down in a heartbeat
Hot and sour soup, dim sum, crispy wontons and chicken in black bean sauce.
Errrrrrrr, yes righto Lorenzino, if you say so.

Now anyway where were we, oh yes I like those chicken balls in batter as well.
Chicken and sweetcorn soup, sesame prawn toast, King prawn balls with sweet and sour sauce, crispy duck and pancakes, special fried rice or vermicelli (or just duck fried). Not altogether of course!
I always have exactly the same, not even really a meal.
Egg fried rice, curry sauce, prawn crackers and a spring roll.

The Chinese I get my takeaway from has an open kitchen. Same with the Vietnamese.
people can be far too fussy about food hygiene, imo ;)
The main takeaway I use (though don't have it very often) I can watch them cook it myself as it's an open kitchen and it isn't packed full of salt, MSG etc...
Lorenzino, you really are being quite silly now.

A 14, a 27, and a side order of 46.
He's being a bit of a Klown!
