Hot Chocolate
20 Answers
I love hot chocolate, what is the best one to buy? I buy Cadburys at the mo but sometimes it can be a bit sickly.
Also anyone know of any that taste nice when mixed with hot water (so i can have it work!) coz the ones i've tried (options) just taste watery :o(
I know it's an odd question but all answers will be appreciated!!
Cheers guys!

I know what you mean about hot water, i try to avoid that in my hot choc as much as possible, but at work we only have a hot water machine and i dont drink tea or coffee and get bored of cold drinks.
Does the green and blacks hot chocolate come in different flavours like the chocolate bars?

I really like Mint Madness OPtions, probably the most chocolatey low calorie hot choc there is out there. Alternatively, check out this website http://www.seventypercent.com/shop/products_list.asp?str Keyword=chef (first product down), I bet this would be heaven in a mug! I've tried something similar but I've forgotten the name, but it was the same idea and it was beautiful!
At sainsbury's opposite the run of the mill yoghurts and mousses etc they will have more posher desserts. There are little pots called (I think) GU with the german double dots above the U. They come in a pack of 3 and are bascially "pure" chocholate. You can simply mix one of them with hot milk (not water sadly) and trust me, it will be the nicest hot choccy you will ever have!!!!!
Stupid question: does your work have a microwave? I presume not. Cos microwaved hot choc tastes a million times nicer than the stuff made on the hob anyway. Otherwise, you could make it with boiling water and some milk. It would be a bit colder, but less "thin" tasting (cos I know what you mean - watery hot choc - YUK!). Oh - and you could always just use less Cadbury's hot choc powder.
If I just repeated someone's answer I'm sorry. I had a scan through the existing answers and didn't think I spotted what I wanted to say.
I know this is no good for work but at home heat up some milk or if you are feeling like a real treat a mix of milk and double cream add some good quality (min 72% cocoa solids) chocolate broken up into small pieces and stir till melted but don't boil it,make it as strong as you like by adding more chocolate.
