This should probably be in "Travel"; however, since I am not actually traveling, I'll put it here. Would you agree with these ratings?

The averages shown may well be correct but they don't tell the whole story. For example, the average accommodation price in Bath is high because nearly all accommodation in Bath is expensive. There are very few (if any) cheap places but, equally, there aren't many (if any) that are mega-expensive.

However London also has a high average despite the fact that there are hundreds of cheap hotels and B&Bs in the city, but with the average being pushed up by the large number of extremely expensive hotels which are also to be found there.

You're right, Chis; averages don't really mean anything do they? One could post something like I did about any country in the world. In retrospect, I don't even know why I posted it; however, thanks for responding.
