has anyone got a recipe for a nice stilton sauce? the stuff my oh had dished up in a pub recently was tasteless, I think the stilton was thrown in from tower bridge, and most of it missed.

Can't guarantee this but looks easy. Stilton sauce is very easy- get a carton of cream, reduce it for approx 10 mins til it thickens, then crumble in stilton and season to your own preference. Goes perfect with a good steak- or if you're veggie- mix the sauce into pasta with a good handfull of wild mushrooms.
