Could you tell me what might be classed as 'Brain Food' that I could munch on while at work to keep me alert and concentrating?

pumpkin or sunflower seeds are highly nutritious and taste yummy too.

Or you could snack on fresh fruit.

Fish, see any Jeeves and Wooster story. Also Mozart in headphones.

Omega 3 fish oils are great according to the tests theyve run, found in tuna, sardines etc (or you could buy the tablet form and munch on what you like!)
