If just purchased an activity by tefal, can any1 help with some nice receipies, with chicken, pork, beef etc...and can I cook fish in it, the receipe book is poor..

Although I rarely cook chips they are fine in the Actifry, I use it mainly for lamb chops, pork steaks, sausages etc.
I found the book that came with it useless and bought a couple on Amazon written by Paul Brodel. Very easy recipes with only a few ingredients.

I used to have one of these...........save up now for spare parts!!!!!

I do lamb chops with mango chutney, curry powder, chopped onions, garlic salt,mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, lime juice. Best chop recipe ever.
