On a more serious note, I don't know what you usually do but I find that fish can do great in a stir-fry, e.g. marinaded in soy sauce and rice wine and then in a Black Bean Sauce. But you may or may not have done this already -- usually if I do fish stir-fry it's with Salmon, but I expect Tuna would be nice as well!
I think it might be a mixture of most of the ideas!
I've got fresh coconut, avocado, chilli, peppers, mango, red onions, tomatoes, courgette, pomegranite so I imagine I can come up with a stir fry, particularly if i take a walk to the shop and pick up some bean sprouts.
