I'm making a bacon, mushroom and onion roly poly suet pudding for dinner, most of the recipes suggest putting the filling in raw but I'm not keen, I think I'd rather fry them off first.

Any advice anyone.

Thanks :)

I would fry off, let it cool down before rolling your poly.

Leave the mushrooms out ;-))
omg ,I was laying in bed just this morning thinking what to have for dinner and all I thought of was " anything but bacon and onion suet pudding like we had at school" aughh. Oh well it , if you likes it you likes it xx

Lol nanny, I'll eat anything with suet in it.
Rocky its not the suet , or the onion and the bacon Its just remembering the smell of school dinners.

So weird to think of it today and see it on here
