has anyone done this? my daughter has just started some off and we wondered if it is a success, and what you think of it.

What is the base for the jam? elderflowers can only contribute the elderflower scent. You wil need some pectin, citric acid and sugar too, hopefully from something like green apples or pears.

what my daughter is making is obviously a jelly then, as she only talked of elderflowers, sugar and lemon, thanks, I will tell her about eating it with cheese and that it is a success.
