none its all a matter of power of the mind, no one really needs it ,if you decide to take it its because you are allowing you self to have it, its mind over body.

Thanks folks, just seems tht i LET my body have it quite a lot. :-)
people do get addicted. That's needing it. If you can cope without it, that's wanting it.

There can also be a physical addiction to alcohol, hence getting "the shakes" or other symptoms when you stop.

can you have just one drink then stop?

Would you drink an alcoholic drink that you disliked rather than none at all?

can you keep a store in the house without necking the lot?

Do you ever hide it or hide the fact that you drink so much?

Hmmmm, what would be the good response to the above questions?
Admit your true feelings/needs/wants for alcohol.
