Hello i am going to a party tonight, i have been on my diet for a week and im doing really well, dont want to ruin it by drinking too much alcohol. Can you tell me which alcoholic drinks has the least calories and how many glasses i can have please? i dont drink all week. Please help! thanks

Vodka and diet tonic. And, of course, Champagne!  ;o)

You could have a spritzer - white wine and sparkling mineral water, and drink sparkling water with lemon juice or lime squeezed into it,  which I find always fills me up (and makes me burp too!!). You will probably find the drink going to your head quickly if you haven't had a jar for ages, so start with a non alco drink.  Have a great time. 

I'm on a low sugar diet and wine is good for that, esp red.  Add sparkling water if you need to make it last longer, it's not as gross as it sounds!!
