Cheese And Wine Private Party
12 Answers
Am currently in the kitchen fiddling around with our evening meal whilst partaking of a glass of villa Maria Sauvignon blanc (only one day left for the Costco offer on this delicious wine) and a few cubes of davidstow 3 year reserve special vintage Cornish cheddar...heaven :)
What about you, who's drinking/eating what??

Slightly awkward on the drinks front as I haven't restocked the wine rack and have a friend coming over later, fingers crossed she comes armed with a bottle or we'll have to hit the bubbles or the red.

Oh dear Eccles, have you missed the villa Maria? You still have time...Now, red or fizz, fizz or red, hmmm, both I think! We bought a bottle of Kirkland prossecco while we were in Costco today, never tried it before, have you? Also bought a pack of six different pasta shapes, one is called radiatore and looks just like little radiators, invented in the 60s apparently.
Jayne, I love French onion soul with cheesy croutons. Most savoury things do it for me though.
Turkey burger eh? I'd have as much alcohol as poss of whatever variety with that ;)
I'm all for tasting various ciders...or anything else to be honest..whilst making a meal (im drooling at the very thought of a corn on the cob)all part of the fun :)
