Sponge Cakes ....

Do you use butter or have you tried one of these new- fangled recipes that doesn't ......still trying to work out if they were for real !!

I always make a fatless sponge seekeerz, much prefer them...

I use fresh cream and fruit to fill them....Here's one I made earlier

Haven't tried it yet but Angel Cake is butter and egg yolk free. Apart from the sugar its good for anyone with a sweet tooth who is watching their weight.

nothing new about fat-less sponge cakes i did them in the 70's and they were around long before then
