We've not had one of these titles for a while so I thought I'd ask...what are you having to eat this evening?
I've just made a thing with salmon, leeks, cherry tomatoes, spinach, parsley, sweet chilli sauce and cream cheese, just needs the pasta adding when we're ready to eat.
Ive made double so that's tomorrow sorted too, good job because we're decorating the kitchen and utility room over the weekend. Time for a G&T.

I adore tomato sandwiches, sometimes add some very thinly sliced onion - yum.
Steak and ale pie, chips and baked beans, one of my favourite dishes I must admit! :-)
It's Friday so it's fish, chips, mushy peas, and lots of vinegar...

Woofy, I used to love tomato sandwiches, all that soggy salty bread and butter.
Actually, I quite fancy chinese take away tonight but it's not going to happen.
I had toast with primula cheese (with ham) spread all over it. I had that for my breakfast/lunch too.

Pepsi Max for brunch and 7-up free for dinner - chilled almost to freezing point.
it will be spatchcock chicken in a spicy rub, (the rub is on the bird), along with fries, some young sprouts and fresh garden peas, I think, not unless someone has some mushroom ideas to go with the chicken.....
Salad....organically grown salad....☺
Boiled bacon and cabbage.

Craft, that's why we're having something fishy tonight, it being Friday. None of us particularly liked fish so when my kids were small I made it a rule that we always had fish on a Friday otherwise we'd never have any.
These days, just me and him, we quite enjoy fish, to a degree.
I've sent some direction to tonight's chef and he will be bringing a fish supper home with him. Whilst patiently awaiting the arrival of my tasty/lazy repaste I'll hit the gin :-)

I've been reminded of being offered cheese on toast at a friends house when I was a teen, I was somewhat surprised to get dairylea spread on toast......it was bloomin' good though! I might take a trot down memory lane this weekend...

DTC, do you really have peas still growing in your neck of the woods? I know it is typically milder in Cornwall but I am surprised that you are still picking peas at this time of year.
