Can anyone tell me how do they make snowballs, the ones with a mallow inner and chocolate outer with dessicated coconut sprinkles. Surley the mallow is far to soft to place on a conveyer and cover with chocolate...

I think they blow them up into the air, and then chuck a load of chocolate on, and only stop the air so that they fall down when the chocolate is dry. Seems a bit far fetched though!
