Just been rooting through my cookery books and came across this one, it reminded me how much I enjoy his recipes....and how long it is since I actually made any!
Anyone who is also a fan, what's your favourite of his 30 minute ones, I could do with a bit of inspiration :)
Ps. I never try to do them in 30 minutes, I just take as long as it takes and enjoy the end result.

The only recipe I do from his book is the chicken fillets on crushed potatoes, roasted tomatoes and spinach. Always goes down a treat, never takes 30 minutes though,, more like 60!
I've got the book open on that one right now Sam, it does look tasty.
Yep, I reckon an hour at least to do most of them, not that it matters. What I really like is his use of so many fresh herbs, makes the whole kitchen smell lovely.
