Thawing Question...

I have some Moroccan style, spiced lamb burgers, which I had previously frozen.
I put them in the fridge this morning to thaw but they are still, a little frosty.
So, can I finish thawing them in the microwave and if so, how long for ?

yes..do you have a thaw setting ? if not about half power for 2/3 mins then check...

I would cook them as they are, the heat from cooking will first finish the thawing then cook them just allow extra cooking time.

Yes, you can finish thawing them in the microwave (which is what I'd have used in the first place anyway!).

Give them 30 seconds to a minute on 'defrost' . Poke them with the tip of a sharp knife to probe for ice particles. Return to microwave and repeat if required.

I'd have cooked them from frozen, as you would with shop bought ones. No need to thaw in my opinion, more often than not burgers are recommended to be cooked from frozen.
