Toasted Sandwich

Good evening my lovelies

In this colder weather I really like toasted sandwiches aka toasties, melts etc..... you get the drift
i'm interested in what you guys use or like as a filling - just want to get some ideas

Mines a panini maker too, I find it much easier to clean than he traditional toastie maker which I used to have.
My favourite is cheese and onion with a good smear of salad cream on both bits of bread.

You can chuck nearly anything into a toastie and it will taste good, but these are my favorites:
avocado and cheese
cranberry, brie and bacon
tuna, peppers and mayo

Toastie maker- Cheese, salami chili flakes (I like a kick)

Banana, cinnamon and a sprinkling of brown sugar

old geezer that sounds like an ideal topping/filling for jacket potato
ethandron doesn't the salad cream go weird because of the heat?
I've never really thought of a sweet toasted sandwich and i'm still a little unsure, i prefer savoury
