I have a recipe that requires egg whites but not the yolks. What can I make with 4 egg yolks? Can I freeze them to use at a later date?

You need to beat them with either a little sugar or salt depending on what you want them for.
Www.bbcgoodfood.com always have excellent ideas to use up egg yolks or whites.
Make an omelette
sorry, cant do links, try BBC food to see what they suggest
Fry them in the morning to put on your buttered toast.
Custard. You can make a really good real vanilla custard.
