egg yolks

tried to make a meringue roulade at the weekend and failed miserably! im left with 5 egg yolks, any ideas what i could make with them?

can you drop them round. I need 4 egg yolks for my recipe tonight and am already fretting about what I will do with the surplus whites!

grasscarp - use to egg whites to make meringue, or put them in a container as they freeze beautifully.

bubbles - make a quiche! I always use up my leftover yolks this way....I sometimes add as many as 7.

hee hee, thought about making baileys irish cream truffles for st paddys day and guess what , you use egg yolks, yay!!!!!

Given the relatively low cost of eggs, I never worry about wasting whites or yolks. If you want to do a great dessert using both, try Floating Islands.
