This is a pale pink fish sold in my local Tesco..it's much cheaper than cod or haddock and tastes delicious.I usually cook it in garlic butter but you can always leave out the garlic (if you don't mind the Vampires !)

My wife and I have been regularly eating this fish for two years (about) and never suffered any adverse effects .
