Cold turkey/ gammon, bubble and squeak topped with melted cheese, and lots of different chutney. Can't beat it!
Ditto Margo. Never anything else. It is an old family tradition from the Devon side of my family.
Day after Boxing day is a rigid tradition . Turkey/cranberry and apple curry with pappadums and chutneys. East meets West if you like :-)
I love all my Christmas leftovers. Cold pigs in blankets - just the thing for when you're a bit peckish. Turkey sandwiches on crusty bread with proper butter and cranberry sauce - divine. Leftover ham made into eggs Benedict. Mashed potato made into potato cakes for breakfast. Turkey and ham pie. Lovely jubbly, all of it
I like the sound of the curry Retro, got a recipe?
Creamed turkey and leek plait made with bought pastry with chopped chestnuts rolled into it, and served with broccoli. Yum :)
Boxing day morning calls for bubble and squeak, and turkey, gammon, mash and pickles for tea.
Day after is turkey curry, Mr AC's job.
Cold plate. But I rather like the idea of Ethandron's turkey plait. I will buy some ready roll pastry in case I feel like making this.
cold meat and chips
Won't have any as we go to the in-laws :-( I used to enjoy a cold meat selection with cheeses, pickles and chutneys.
We usually have a cold meat buffet with allsorts of other stuff - way too much food as usual !!
Sorry Margo
I missed you earlier.Course I have. You will have it soon as I get in.Its origin is from a little Schwartz Christmas recipe book I have in my library. Been enjoyin it for last 30 years when mum and dad were alive . :-)

I am hoping this is the Schwartz Turkey Curry and Cranberry recipe. Tried to get this here for the last hour. Not very good with tinypics. .Fingers crossed :-)
