That's offal!
It is just me tonight, so not sure yet. Something quick and easy though.

I like your meal melv.

What kind of liver?

I have some lambs liver in the freezer.

Not sure what we're having yet. I'm thinking salmon fillets at the moment.
Fantastic. Hate pigs liver though. Lamb or Ox only for me. :-)
Seriously though I love liver, but hate preparing it. It's bloody offal.
I love lamb's liver with garlic cloves + onions with brown sugar!

It's lambs liver. I'm not keen on pigs liver. I might follow it up with some rice pudding with a dollop of strawberry jam. Good hearty winter grub.
Oo no NOT liver. Bacon, onions, mash and sprouts, YES !
You're having grubs as well? Are they from your allotment, Melv?
I think I may pop over to dine with you. Scrumptious
If you do pop over to Melv's, Margo, be sure to leave before the sprout effect starts.
Not a liver lover. Liver dry and Chewy. Maybe I am cooking wrong liver.
Move over, I'm joining you ☺☺☺
Sharon - it's sounds like you've been over cooking it.
Sharon - you are probably over cooking it.
It seems I'm in the minority for not liking liver - blimey !
Oh snap ummmm! It only takes a few minutes. I always fry it and add gravy into the pan for a while once it's cooked. It keeps it soft and gives the gray a lovely flavour.
Sharon, you're probably over cooking it
