Believe it or not I can cook. Duck a l'Orange with Dauphinoise potatoes is one I do, Meat or a vegetarian lasagne is another easy one for me, but when my kids call and I offer a bite, they both want my special egg white whisked omelette.

I'm now toying with having roast chicken this weekend or my signature dish of loin of pork stuffed with prunes, parsley and breadcrumbs wrapped in pancetta.
Just about any meal cooked over a paraffin or petrol stove after a long day's trek through the Scottish Highlands and cooked at the entrance to the tent but not blocking it..
