Thanks shazzasuga, thats what I was hoping, where I live, I can only get it by mailorder, so there is a minimum order, thats going in today.
When I was a choirboy, the vicar asked me if I wanted to try his stinking Bishop.
Chessman, Stinking Bishop really is a king among cheeses.

It is absolutely delicious. But benefits but being left out to reach room Temp. So it is a little bit runny.

Interestingly, I think, is that it smells far stronger than it tastes. And it tastes sublime!

Stinking Bishop

Stinking Bishop is a vegetarian cheese that comes from England, Gloucestershire. This cheese was created by Charles Martell. It is similar to Munster and is washed and rubbed with perry, an alcoholic drink made with a local variety of pear called "Stinking Bishop". It has a meaty flavour and the fat content is 48%. The affinage takes from six to eight weeks.

Strong as hell but utterly divine if you like that sort of thing.  Think Wallace and Grommit should have stuck to the Wensleydale, there is only one poor man that makes Stinking Bishop - is he gonna be a busy boy?!

You're right about the single producer, Iris. This article  is from BBC news last month.
