Anybody ever made it? How easy or difficult is it? It's one of my favourite things to eat but have never tried making it myself x

Smowy....yes, I like them as well. They don't look too difficult, if this link is to be believed ::::

Yes I usually buy it emmie buy am dying to try making it. Hmmm that doesn't look too difficult Mikey. Donny that's a sauce I'd never think of putting with it actually x
Any strong cheese is good but gorgonzola is superb.
easy, and a lot easier than making pasta......and they always taste better than commercial.
I have taken to frying gnocchi lately instead of boiling it as I prefer the texture.
I'm not sure if I've ever had any (not paying attention sounds about right for me sometimes) they do sound delish though. Obviously I've not tried cooking any... seems a bit complicated for such a simple man.
as you have made them with love.

sautéed mushrooms and crispy bacon please (plus the juices), a little chopped Italian parsley at the last minute
They sound like mini potato cakes.

Ooh DTC that sounds just gorgeous! Garaman how funny - when I've bought it lately I've coooked it and then also roasted it to crisp it up
Gnocchi is dead easy as is gnudi. Gnudi is the filling ravioli/tortellini etc. Squash is particularly good with lots of Parmesan and served with a sage butter and more Parmesan.
smow, you don’t need to cook them first. Fry in a little hot oil, first hot to seal and brown, then turn down the heat to cook them through
Question Author
Am definitely going to attempt making them
