i only needed a couple of things so thought i would be able to manage, sadly i'm now back home, the weather is so nice too wish i could stand up longer.
Yes. But other days too.
I do, especially at places like DFS, just in case their sale ends without warning.

we should have got over the sunday rule by now minty..
Only if I really have to. Off to the garden centre in a while though. That doesn't count.
We don't NOT shop on Sundays (for religious reasons etc); being retired we can choose our day so walk the half-mile to our local supermarket on a day which suits us, which is rarely a Sunday.
I don't.
get me some ericaceous feed Tilly !! xx
OK, Minty. Time to feed the rhododendrons and azaleas?
Yes...I'll shop any day the shops are open.
Like today...maybe.
yup the magnolia and camelia too !!
My local Tesco is supposed to be open 24/7. which technically it is But on Sundays you can browse the Isle but not purchase anything until 10 am.
Errr...what's the point of browsing in Tesco?
You can put things in your trolley then, when the tills open at 10, you can pay and go.

our supermarket is open on sundays at 12, but by the time doors open the place is heaving. I don't have to shop on sundays but thought I might get my feet and legs moving for a change.
Exactly Pasta... I went at 9:20 all the till's were off. so I asked and that's what I was told. I have no idea why?
you will all just have to move up here !! best come quick afore Nicola bans immigrants ! lol...
if I needed to I would, but I don’t go to supermarkets by choice on any day. I love the delivery service. I do occasionally get a sunday delivery but wouldn’t be that bothered if there were no sunday deliveries.
ARKSIDED large stores in England can trade only for six hours on a Sunday. Stores can let folk browse before those six hours begin but you can't buy anything until the trading hours have started.
