What are you all serving this weekend?

I've prepared a romesco sauce to serve with roasted chicken supremes and griddled asparagus and baby leeks, a little rocket salad on the side.

Tomorrow will be roasted belly pork with veg and pud TBD.

None of you are cooking this weekend???

I hope some of you are as these threads inspire me mid week meals!
My lot are only having quick meals for the foreseeable future as we are moving house and de-cluttering is in progress.
Nothing exciting today. Sausage mash and baked beans.
Egg and bacon sandwich for us.

I'm not a great cook so always eat out at the weekend.
Homemade fish pie with some PSB.
Some of us are fed up sure enough - not of nice little threads about dinner etc but pointed barbed snipes for no good reason.
Someone get up on the wrong side of the bed this morning? Geez...if you don't like it...stay away.
Having piri piri salmon with steamed french beans and leak mash in a minute. I have no idea what else I will have over the weekend but I know that Malbec with feature.
*will*
I'm having a mooch through the fridge, think will have some sliced cooked chicken, make a gravy and have with sweet pot mash and cauli.
Jack....you're a complete twit at times.

OH had an omelette. I'm ill.
Feel better soon Ummmm.x
I like the sound of leek mash. I've put spring onions in my mash before, but never leeks. Must try it.
It's Saturday, so it's pizza.
Anyway...I'm not sure yet about tonight. I fell to the temptations of milk chocolate truffles at work this morning...my tum is complaining. Maybe a nice cheese omelette. Slow cooker lamb neck fillets tomorrow...marinated in morrocan spices.
I am thinking of having Jackdaw pie.
It will be a bit on the bitter side marvel...;-)
