Update on the duck legs I was going to do, OH said he would do them as I was feeling a bit rough so I told him to use the Lidl lazy pack of sliced potatoes, bought for Spanish omelettes usually. All he had to do was take the duck legs of out their plastic bag and put into the provided tray, empty the potatoes into another dish, put both into the oven for half an hour and cook some runner beans. Took him over 2 hours, beans cold.
